It is a sustainable Olive Oil farming and pressing project aimed at exporting the local excellent olive oil, resulting from a farming culture dating back to over 5’000yrs, in Mattinata in the province of Foggia in Italy. The village, looking like a nativity scene, at the center of an enclosed valley has, due to its geographic setting, had a very hard time at finding access to the global premium food market.
